教务长的传记
Carol Traupman-Carr ’86 serves her alma mater as provost of 摩拉维亚的大学 and Moravian Theological 神学院, 她将于5月9日开始任期, 2022. 在过去的二十年里, Traupman-Carr has served as the associate chief academic officer, 最近的职位是副教务长. 在博士. T-C’s (as she is often called) accomplishments and initiatives include:
- The creation of Advancing Into Moravian (AIM), a summerbridge program for incoming undergraduate students
- Building and launching a prior learning assessment (PLA) program at the institution
- Co-creating and co-facilitating a higher education leaders program within the Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (LVAIC), 摩拉维亚是其中的一部分
- Co-chaired the 2018 Middle States re-accreditation self-study, and authored several substantive change submissions
- Authored the original accreditation submission to the National Association of Schools of Music
- Shepherded numerous curricular changes and additions, working with other academic administrators and 教师

She continues to serve as the choir director at St. Ann Roman Catholic Church in Emmaus, Pennsylvania.
2018年3月，Dr. T-C推出了Alpha Alpha Alpha, 或Tri-Alpha, the nation’s first and only national honor society for first-generation college students. The honor society is now incorporated and the national office is housed at 摩拉维亚的大学. As of June 2022, there were over 135 chapters in 35 states of the union. Dr. T-C serves as the co-advisor for the Alpha chapter at 摩拉维亚的大学 and as president of the national board of the honor society.
特劳普曼-卡尔只得了B.A.在社会科学和B.亩. in music (concentrations in music education and performance) from 摩拉维亚的大学, an M.A. 和Ph值.D. in musicology from Cornell University, specializing in mid-nineteenth-century Italian comic opera. In 2015-2016, she completed the Senior 领导 Academy of the Council of Independent Colleges/AALI.
